EXHIBIT & SPONSOR REGISTRATION

Keystone Sponsor - $6,300 (Limited to 1 sponsor)

• Opportunity to give introductory remarks prior to all plenary sessions/introduce presenters/moderate plenary sessions (~$200 value).
• Sign or Banner (provided by sponsor) displaying sponsor name in the banquet hall (~$100 value).
• Recognition from the podium during plenary sessions (~$100 value).
• Logo recognition in any conference materials, in the banquet hall on powerpoint (own slide and on header of all slides), and on EPAZ website with link to the company website (subject to deadline) (~$700 value).
• Includes both a standard exhibit booth in the vendor area (~$1000 value) and 8 individual conference registrations (~$4000 value) with reserved table to 8 at lunch each day with company name placard on each table. Registrations can be gifted.
• Pre and post conference attendee lists (~$200 value).

Collaborator Sponsor - $4,800 (Limited to 3 sponsors)

• Logo recognition in any conference materials, in the banquet hall on powerpoint, and on EPAZ website with link to the company website (subject to deadline) (~$500 value).
• Recognition from the podium during plenary sessions (~$100 value).
• Choice of 8 individual conference registrations (~$4000 value) or 6 individual registrations (~$3000 value) and an exhibit booth (~$1000 value) with reserved table to 8 at lunch each day with company name placard on each table.  Registrations can be gifted.
• Pre and post conference attendee lists (~$200 value). 

Leadership Lunch Sponsor - $3,300 

• Logo recognition in any conference materials, in the banquet hall on powerpoint, and on EPAZ website with link to the company website (subject to deadline) (~$500 value).
• Recognition from the podium during lunch by the EPAZ Board (~$100 value).
• Choice of 5 individual conference registrations (~$2500 value) or 3 individual registrations (~$1500 value) and an exhibit booth (~$1000 value). Registrations can be gifted.
• Pre and post conference attendee lists (~$200 value).

Networking Reception Sponsor $1,750 (Limited to 1 sponsor)

• Logo recognition in any conference materials, in banquet hall on powerpoint, and on EPAZ website with link to the company website (subject to deadline) (~$500 value).
• Sign or Banner (provided by sponsor) displaying sponsor name at reception (~$100 value).
• Recognition during the March 4^th reception and on tables (~$150 value).
• 2 individual registrations (~$1000 value) or an exhibit booth (~$1000 value). 

Environmental Leadership Sponsor - $1,500 (limited to 3 sponsors)

• EPAZ will provide an item to all registrants that is a more sustainable option (i.e. glass straws) or made with recycled materials with sponsor logo and EPAZ logo. Sponsor pays the cost of this order for 250+ attendees. Subject to deadline.
• Logo recognition on recycling cans/boxes (~$100 value).
• Logo recognition on item provided to registrants (~$100 value).
• Logo recognition in the banquet hall on powerpoint and on EPAZ website with link to the company website (subject to deadline) (~$300 value).
• 2 individual registrations (~$1000 value) or exhibit booth (~$1,000 value)

Educational Outreach Sponsor - $1,250 

• Logo recognition in any conference materials and on EPAZ website with link to the company website (subject to deadline) (~$300 value).
• Sign or Banner (provided by sponsor) displaying sponsor name near student posters (~$100 value).
• Donation provided directly to the Scholarship fund ($350).

Exhibitor/Supporting Sponsor - $1,500 (Space is limited)

• 6-foot exhibit booth in conference foyer ($500 value)
• Logo recognition on EPAZ website with link to the company website (subject to deadline) (~$150 value).
• 1 individual registrations (~$500 value). 
• Each additional registration will be provided at the Member Early Bird Price (no time limit).

Lanyard Sponsor - $1,000 (Limited to 1 sponsor)

• EPAZ will provide a lanyard with sponsor logo and EPAZ logo. Sponsor pays the cost of this order for 250+ attendees. Subject to deadline.
