The EPAZ Conference is a great opportunity to learn the latest regulatory updates related to Air, Soil, Water and Waste as well as share industry specific information and network among your peers.  Expected topics on our program will include regulatory & technical updates for industry, municipalities and medical facilities as it relates to AIR, WASTE & WATER, NEPA/ESA, EMERGENCY RESPONSE, EPCRA & OSHA/H&S and more.

ANNUAL NETWORKING RECEPTION

Continue building relationships from over the years, while also meeting new colleagues and bridging new partnerships at our annual conference networking reception.  The reception will be held on the patio, featuring live entertainment on Wednesday, March 4, 2020.  

STUDENT POSTER COMPETITION

EPAZ is hosting a student poster competition and selected posters will be on display and judged during the conference.  The deadline to submit a topic summary and poster outline is January 5, 2020.  Cash prizes will be awarded to the 1st Place, 2nd Place and People’s Choice posters.  To learn more and to submit an entry, click here.

2020 EPAZ SCHOLARSHIPS

Encouraging students who have invested their future in the environment, EPAZ awards over $8,000 each year to graduate and undergraduate students in environmental programs in Arizona.  The deadline to submit an application is December 31, 2019 and the recipients will be announced at the conference.  To learn more and to apply online, click here.

HOTEL

The DoubleTree Conference Center is located on the Southwest corner of Broadway & Priest and easily accessible from the I-10 Freeway.  A block of hotel rooms are available at $179/night plus tax, but must be reserved by February 11, 2020.  Please use this link to make your reservations.
